Is there ever a light at the end of the tunnel? or is it that train coming the other way? The last six months have felt just like that. A little bit of a glimmer and then it feels like the wind of the train rushing at you … ! Earlier this week I felt just the same … there’s the light, while today I’m sure it’s the train.
I sit here after Magna Intuitum has published and I look at the schedule for the following week. I look at the commitments in my diary. I wonder how I’m going to do it all.
The weather is changing here – after months of dull, grey, miserable, sad-syndrome weather, we’ve had a few days of very frosty mornings (generally -5C overnight) and beautiful blue skies and brilliant sunshine. So much so that I snuck off for an hour to start to tidying up the garden, when I twisted my foot. Not my ankle but the part of my foot that bends when you walk – the metatarsals. Well that meant no swimming, no walking, no going outside … I just wondered if it actually meant that I should be sitting at my computer just working through this workload?
So I’m off now to work out what I have to do … what the deadlines are … are whether this really is a train or just the light at the end of the tunnel!
