Any time is the right time to prepare our bodies for greater physical health and vitality, but for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, we have the added incentive of getting our bodies ready to bear all under the summer sun.   Despite the fact that research says the number 1 New Year’s resolution is to lose weight, with the 4th to be happy and the 5th to get fit; 90% of those resolutions are abandoned before the end of January.  Evidently health is something most people take for granted; that is, until they no longer have it. 

There are so many appropriate quotes for the topic of health we’re spoilt for choice this month, but one Dawn particularly likes is “So many people spend their health gaining wealth then have to spend their wealth to regain their health.” A. J. Reb Materi.

So this show is about prevention is better than the cure as much as anything …
