Your Daily Activity Log is simply a log which allows you to record how many times a week you are doing which activities.  We recommend that you colour code your activity log.

Use the segments in your wheel of life and identify your activities.

Have two activity logs – one for indoor activities and one for outdoor activities.

Over a minimum of 21 days, capture:

  • what the activity was
  • how long you did the activity for
  • who was with you
  • where you were
  • how you felt before the activity
  • how you felt after the activity
  • what were the benefits of doing this particular activity

To ensure success, build yourself a rewards system.  This will allow you to both stay on target and to also recognise your own successes.
