Will Smith said ‘Don’t chase people. Be yourself, do your own thing and work hard. the right people – the ones who really belong in your life – will come to you. And stay.’
Sometime when things are happening and life is manically busy you don’t stop and look around. Yesterday sitting through two Wimbledon Men’s semi-finals (which I have to say brought some fabulous tennis) gave me a chance to reflect.
This morning I came into my study to do some work and for a meeting, when I remembered a video that I received in a round robin email early June, 2013. One of the questions asked during the video is ‘why can we see these reflections?’
Reflections
I stopped and watched this video. Not being someone who goes onto Facebook or any of my social media accounts regularly, the reflections I had yesterday brought clarity when I saw the Will Smith statement on Facebook this morning.
We don’t often spend enough time reflecting. Bookmark this page and diary a date/time in your diary to watch this video. Capture all your thoughts in your journal afterwards. As always, don’t interpret your thoughts, just write them down. The reason and explanations will come later.
